The weld shop is open by appointment only. Please contact Jamie Profit at (506) 333-8542 to make an appointment.

The 2023 tax slips are available for pickup at the hall.  Any slips that have not been picked up by Monday Feb. 5th, will be sent out by mail on Tuesday Feb. 6th.

1st call is for Sunny Corner at the Irving Pulp and Paper Mill they require:

*1 Journeyman Pipefitter

Starting Day Shift Monday Feb. 5th @ 7:30am. Will be working 4×10’s with the possibility of overtime. Duration is 2 weeks+  and this work is under the Industrial Agreement. Must be clean shaven and fit tested and must have all safety training up to date.

2nd call is for Lorneville at the LNG they require:

*1 Apprentice Pipefitter

Starting Day Shift Monday Feb. 5th @7:00am.  Will be working 4×10’s Mon-Thurs 40 hours plus.  Duration is unknown and this work is Long Term Maintenance under the GPMA agreement. Must be clean shaven and fit tested and must have all safety training up to date.

The 2023 tax slips will be available for pickup at the hall tomorrow Friday Jan. 26th.  Any slips that have not been picked up by Monday Feb. 5th, will be sent out by mail on Tuesday Feb. 6th.

1st call is for Lorneville at Irving Oil Refinery they require:

*1 Journeyman Pipefitter

Starting Jan.29th Days at 7am. Duration is one week with possible extension. Will be working 4×10’s Monday to Thursday with the possibility of overtime. This work is under the NMA agreement. Must be clean shaven and fit tested, must have all safety training up to date and a D & A test will be required.

2nd call for Sunny Corner at Point Lepreau they require:

*1 Instrument Tech and *1 Instrument Tech Apprentice.

This call is for the Electrical Shop. Starting March 4th Days at 7:30am Duration is 2-3 months.  Before the outage will be working 5×8’s with possible overtime and weekend work.  During the outage will be working 6×12’s, additional overtime may be required. Hours of work during the outage will be as per NBPN’s hours of work policy.  This work is under the NMA agreement. Must be clean shaven and fit tested and must have all safety training up to date.

1st call is for Griffin’s Plumbing at a Multi Unit Building on Fairville Blvd they require:

*2 Journeyman Plumbers.

Starting Jan. 29th. Duration is approx 1 month plus.  Must be able to work with little supervision.  Contact the hall for further details.

2nd call for Sunny Corner at Point Lepreau they require:

*4 Instrument Techs and *1 Instrument Tech Apprentice.
