Local 213 is hosting a retiree breakfast on Friday, April 17th. It is being held at the Legion Branch 69, located at 714 Wilson Street West. Any local 213 retirees who would like to attend, please contact the hall to get registered. Come and join the comradery with your fellow retired brothers from 9am to 12pm. The buffet will run until 11am.

There will be CWB testing at the hall on April 7th; if anyone is interested, please contact the hall to reserve a booth.

There is 1 call is for B&W at the IPP; they require:

*4 Journeyman Pipefitters *1 Apprentice Pipefitter *3 F3/F4 Welders to test on F3/F4

Starting on Monday, March 30th, at 7:30am. This is a day-shift call. The shift schedule is 4x10s with possible overtime. Duration is unknown. This work is under the Industrial Agreement. Will be working in hot areas. Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested, must have all safety training up to date, and must complete all orientation and hire-on paperwork before reporting to the site.

Starting on Monday, April 6th , at 7:00am. This is a day shift call. The shift schedule is 4x10s with possible overtime. Duration is approx. 1 week plus. This work is under the Industrial Agreement. Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested, must have all safety training up to date, and must complete all orientation and hire-on paperwork before reporting to the site. 

The 2nd call is for B&W at the IPP; they require:

The first call is for B&W at the Irving Pulp and Paper Mill ; they require:

*1 Journeyman Pipefitter—Tube Bending Experience 

Starting on Monday, March 23rd, at 7:30am. This is a day shift call. Tube bending experience is a must; there will be a tube bending test on Monday, March 23rd, at the B&W Shop. Will be working in a hot area. The shift schedule is 4x10s with possible overtime. Duration is unknown. This work is under the Industrial Agreement. Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested, must have all safety training up to date, and must complete all orientation and hire-on paperwork before reporting to the site.

*1 Welding Apprentice to test on F3/F4.

Starting on Monday, March 23rd, at 5:30pm. This is a Night shift call. The shift schedule is 4x10s with possible overtime. Duration is unknown. This work is under the GPMA Agreement under short-term conditions. Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested, must have all safety training up to date, and must complete all orientation and hire-on paperwork before reporting to the site. A drug & alcohol test is required.

The 4th call is for Cam at the IPP; they require:

*1 Journeyman Pipefitter 

Starting on Monday, March 23rd, at 7:30am. This is a day shift call. The shift schedule is 4x10s with possible overtime. Duration is unknown. This work is under the Industrial Agreement. Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested, must have all safety training up to date, and must complete all orientation and hire-on paperwork before reporting to the site.
