Pipe Trades is hosting a Pension Seminar on Thursday, June 25th, from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at the Fredericton Inn, Salon A, 1315 Regent Street, Fredericton, NB, and it will be presented by TELUS Health. This seminar is an opportunity to learn more about your pension benefits and ask any questions you may have. For those unable to join in person, the seminar will be available virtually with a provided link. For anyone who has provided the NB Pipe Trades with an email address, a link will be sent out to you. Local 213’s annual summer picnic will be held Sat., July 11th, 2026, from 12:00pm to 4:00pm at the Glen Carpenter Centre, 730 Foster Thurston Drive. Please contact the hall or your shop steward to register before June 26th. We are also looking for volunteers; if you’re available to lend a hand, please advise the hall when registering.

1 call for Stuart Olson at the Irving Oil Refinery; they require the following:

*1 Journeyman Pipefitter * 2 Journeyman Welders to test on F3/F4 

Starting Monday, July 6th at 7:00am, the shift schedule is 4x10s. The duration is 2 weeks plus. This work is under the GPMA. Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested and must have all safety training up-to-date and must complete all orientation and hire-on paperwork before reporting to the site.  A drug and alcohol test is required.

Starting Monday, June 22nd at 7:30am, the shift schedule is 4x10s with possible overtime. The duration is 2 weeks plus. This work is under the Industrial Agreement . Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested and must have all safety training up-to-date and must complete all orientation and hire-on paperwork before reporting to the site.

Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested and must have all safety training up-to-date and must complete all orientation and hire-on paperwork before reporting to the site. A D&A test is required
