This is Local 213’s work information for Wednesday, February 4th, 2026.

New union cards and tax slips are available at the hall for pickup. Any slips that are not picked up will be mailed out mid-February.

Any apprentices interested in competing in the Provincial Skills NB Challenge, please contact the hall before Feb. 14th for more information.

The 1st call is for Lorneville at IPP; they require:

*2 Journeyman Pipefitters *1 Apprentice Pipefitter  *2 F3/F4 welder to test on Carbon and Duplex

Starting Monday, Feb 9th at 5:00pm.  This is a Night shift call.  The shift schedule is 4x10s Monday-Thursday.  Duration is 1 month plus. This work is under the Industrial Agreement.  Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested, must have all safety training up-to-date, and must complete all orientation and hire-on paperwork before reporting to the site. 

The 2nd call is for CAM at Irving Oil Refinery; they require:

*1 F3/F4 welder to test on F3/F4 and F6/F5

Starting Monday, Feb 9th at 7:30 am.  This is a DAY shift call.  The shift schedule is 4x10s with possible overtime.  Duration is unknown. This work is under the GPMA Agreement, under short-term conditions. Job Scope: Outages.  You will be required to take fresh air training once onsite.  Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested, must have all safety training up-to-date, and must complete all orientation and hire-on paperwork before reporting to the site. A drug and alcohol test is required.

Workload will include fitting up large-bore SS and 100% X-ray for all welds onsite.  Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested for the duration of the call, must have all safety training up-to-date, and must complete all orientation and hire-on paperwork before reporting to the site.

Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested, must have all safety training up-to-date, and complete all orientation and hire-on paperwork before reporting to the site.

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Brother Bill (William) Kreuzer.  We will provide further details when they become available.

*1  F3/F4 Welder to test on F3/F3 and Stainless Steel Tig 

Starting Monday, Feb 2nd, at 7:30 am.  This is a DAY shift call.  The shift schedule is 4x10s with possible overtime.  Duration is unknown. This work is under the Industrial Agreement.  There will be climbing and work in hot areas. Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested, must have all safety training up-to-date, and complete all orientation and hire-on paperwork before reporting to the site.
