Local 213’s annual summer picnic will be held Sat., July 11th, 2026, from 12:00pm to 4:00pm at the Glen Carpenter Centre, 730 Foster Thurston Drive. Please contact the hall or your shop steward to register before June 26th. We are also looking for volunteers; if you’re available to lend a hand, please advise the hall when registering.

The Compassionate Grief Centre will be holding their annual Jason Zelward Physical Challenge on June 27th from 1 to 4 pm. If you are interested in a fun afternoon of washer toss and tug-of-war. Please contact the hall to register.

There will be a graveside burial being held for Carl Boudreau at 11:00 am on Saturday, May 23rd, at the St. George Catholic Cemetery in Upper L’Etang, NB.

Starting Wednesday, May 27th, at 7:00am, the shift schedule is 4x10s with possible overtime. The duration is 2 weeks plus. This work is under the GPMA Agreement under short-term conditions. Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested and must have all safety training up-to-date and must complete all orientation and hire-on paperwork before 2pm the day prior to your start date. A D&A test is required.
