There will be a Fall Protection course held at the Hall, the date is to be determined. Any members interested please contact the hall to get registered.

1st call for B&W at the Irving Pulp and Paper Mill Road they require:

*2  Pipefitter Apprentices.

Starting Wednesday Feb. 28th Day shift 7:30 am.  Duration is 2 weeks plus. Will be working 4 x 10’s , 40 hours plus possible overtime . This work is under the Industrial Agreement.  Must be able to work from scaffolding, possible rigging and climbing. Must be clean shaven and fit tested. Must have all safety training up to date. Must complete online orientation.

2nd call is for Marque at Irving Pulp & Paper West they require:

*1 Journeyman Pipefitter

Starting Monday March 4th, Day shift 7:30am. Duration is 1 week plus.  Will be working 5×8’s. This work is under the Industrial Agreement. Tube bending is required. Must be able to pass a tubebending test.  Must be clean shaven and fit tested, must have all safety training up to date.

*2 Journeyman Pipefitters.

*1 F3/F4 Welder to test on F3/F4.

Starting Monday Feb. 26th Night shift 6:00 pm.  Duration is unknown. Will be working 4 x 10’s , 40 hours plus possible overtime . This work is under the GPMA Short Term Maintenance and Repair.  Must be able to climb and work at heights, Must be clean shaven and fit tested. Must have all safety training up to date and a D&A test is required.

The following calls are being reposted due to the fact that the CAM calls have changed from Long Term to Short Term duration.

The first call is for CAM at the Irving Oil Refinery starting Monday, February 26th. They require 3 journeyman pipefitters and 1 pipefitter apprentice working day shift starting at 7:30 am, 4 x 10’s with possibility of overtime. This work is under the GPMA Short Term, maintenance and repair. Must be able to climb, work at heights, pass Irving security clearance. Must be clean shaven and fit tested. Must have all safety training up to date and a D&A test is required. Duration is unknown.
