It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Brother Brian Stevenson; we will update funeral arrangements when they become available.

N.B. Pipe Trades is hosting a pension seminar on Thursday, June 25th, from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at the Fredericton Inn, Salon A, 1315 Regent Street, Fredericton, NB, and it will be presented by TELUS Health. This seminar is an opportunity to learn more about your pension benefits and ask any questions you may have. For those unable to join in person, the seminar will be available virtually with a provided link. For anyone who has provided the NB Pipe Trades with an email address, a link will be sent out to you. If you have not provided an email address and would like to attend the seminar virtually, please contact their administration office at 506-459-6040 extension 1 to provide an email address. The virtual invite will be sent out on June 23rd.

Local 213’s annual summer picnic will be held Sat., July 11th, 2026, from 12:00pm to 4:00pm at the Glen Carpenter Centre, 730 Foster Thurston Drive. Please contact the hall or your shop steward to register before June 26th. We are also looking for volunteers; if you’re available to lend a hand, please advise the hall when registering.

There is 1 call for Sunny Corner at Colson Cove; they require the following:

* 1 F3/F4 Welder to test on Carbon TIG, Stick, and Stainless TIG, Stick.

Starting ASAP, at 8:00am, the shift schedule is 5x8s with possible overtime. The duration is 3-4 weeks plus. This work is under the NMA Agreement. Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested and must have all safety training up-to-date and must complete all orientation and hire-on paperwork before reporting to the site.
