This is Local 213’s work information for Tuesday, February 17th, 2026
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Brother Charlie Monaghan. Arrangements are entrusted to Castle Funeral Home at 309 Lancaster Ave. Visitation will take place on Thursday, Feb. 19th, from 1:00 to 3:00pm. A celebration of life will take place at St. Augustine’s Cemetery in the spring. Donations can be made in Charlie’s memory to Carleton Kirk Nursing Lodge or a donor of your choice.
There will be a confined space course being held at the hall on Feb. 19th and 20th. Any members interested, please contact Jamie at the JATC to get registered.
The 1st call is for CAM at Irving Oil Refinery; they require:
*1 F3/F4 Welder to test on F3/F4
Starting Monday, Feb 23rd, at 7:30am. This is a Day shift call. The shift schedule is 4x10s with possible overtime. Duration is unknown. This work is under the GPMA Agreement, under short-term conditions. Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested, must have all safety training up-to-date, and must complete all orientation and hire-on paperwork before reporting to the site. A drug and alcohol test is required.
The 2nd call is for Lorneville at Irving Oil Refinery; they require:
*2 Journeyman Pipefitters *1 Apprentice Pipefitter *2 F3/F4 Welders to test on F3/F4 and F6/F5.
Starting Monday, Feb. 23rd @ 7:00 am. This is a Day shift call. The shift schedule is 4x10s with possible overtime. Duration is unknown. This work is under the NMA Agreement, under short-term conditions. Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested, must have all safety training up-to-date, and must complete all orientation and hire-on paperwork before reporting to the site. A drug and alcohol test is required
