The regular monthly meeting will be held tomorrow, Wed., Aug. 12th, at 7:00pm at Legion Branch 69. Located at 714 Wilson Street West.
The 1st call is for Stuart Olson at Irving Oil Refinery; they require
* 2 Journeyman Pipefitters
Starting Monday, August 24th, at 7:30am. This is a day-shift call. The duration is unknown. The shift schedule is 4x10s for pre-shut and will switch to 6x10s for shutdown. This work is under the GPMA Agreement under short-term conditions. Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested and must have all safety training up-to-date and must complete all hire-on paperwork before reporting to work. Orientation will be done onsite. A D&A test is required.
The 2nd call is for Stuart Olson at Irving Oil Refinery; they require
* 1 F3/F4 Welders to test on F3/F4 ; F6/F5
Starting Monday, August 17th, at 7:30am. This is a night shift call. Will start on days and switch to nights during turnaround. The duration is unknown. The shift schedule is 4x10s until turnaround and then will switch to 6x10s. This work is under the GPMA Agreement under short-term conditions. Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested and must have all safety training up-to-date and must complete all hire-on paperwork before reporting to work. Orientation will be done onsite. A D&A test is required.
The 3rd call is for CAM at Irving Oil Refinery; they require
* 4 Journeyman Instrument Techs * 1 Apprentice Instrument Tech
Starting Monday, August 17th, at 7:30am. This is a day-shift call. Duration is unknown. This work is under the GPMA Agreement, under short-term conditions. The shift schedule will be 4x10s. Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested and must have all safety training up-to-date and must complete all hire-on paperwork before reporting to work. Orientation will be done onsite. A D&A test is required.
