The Union Hall will be closed from Dec. 23rd until January 6th for renovations and Christmas holidays. We will be working periodically from home during this time. The regular monthly meeting will be held at 7 p.m on Wednesday, Jan 8th, at the Legion Branch 69, located at 714 Wilson Street West. 

The weld shop is open by appointment only. Please contact Jamie Profit at (506) 333-8542 to make an appointment.

1st call is for Lorneville at Irving Oil Refinery and the ESJ Terminal (Gate 8 Turnaround Complex 2). They require:

*4 Journeyman Pipefitters  * 3 Apprentice Pipefitters *2 F3/F4 welders to test on Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel 

Starting Jan. 13th Days @ 7:00am. Duration: 4 weeks plus. Will be working 4×10’s, 7am-5pm, with the possibility of overtime. This work will be under the NMA short-term agreement. All members dispatched will be issued to ESJ and Refinery orientation; work will be split between both sites for general pipefitting, spool fab and rack work. Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested; must have all safety training up to date. Must complete online orientation before reporting to site. And a D&A test is required. Any local members interested in this call, please contact the hall on Jan. 6th. between 8 and 10 a.m.

Duration is unknown.  Will be working 8 hours with possible overtime. 7:30am -3:30pm with no afternooon break  This work will be under the PLGS NMA agreement.  Point Lepreau Clearance is required.  Any local members interested in this call, please call the hall Monday Dec. 30th and leave a voicemail between 8-10am. 

All above calls must be clean shaven and fit tested, must have all safety training up to date. Must complete online orientation before reporting to site.
