This is Local 213’s work information for Monday, Sept. 14th, 2026.
There will be a retiree luncheon held on October 2nd at the Legion Branch 69, located at 714 Wilson Street. The doors open at 11:00am, and the buffet starts at 12:30pm and ends at 2:30pm. The menu is buffet style and includes: Ham & beef, mashed potatoes, gravy, peas, and carrots. Assorted pies for dessert. Any retirees interested, please contact the hall no later than September 22nd.
The 1st call is for Stuart Olson at Irving Oil Refinery; they require
* 2 F3/F4 welders to test on F3/F4; F6/F5 for Days
Starting Monday, Sept. 21st, at 7:30 am. Will be working 6×10’s. The duration is 2 weeks plus. This work is under the GPMA Agreement under short-term conditions. Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested and must have all safety training up-to-date and must complete all Stuart Olson orientation before arrival. IOR orientation will be done onsite. A D&A test is required.
The 2nd call is for CAM at Irving Oil Refinery; they require
*2 F3/F4 welders to test on F3/F4; F6/F5
Starting Monday, September 21st, at 7:30am. Will be working 4x10s. The duration is unknown. This work is for outages under Maintenance and Repair GPMA under short-term conditions. Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested and must have all safety training up-to-date and must complete all CAM orientation before arrival. IOR orientation will be done onsite. A D&A test is required.
The 3rd call is for CAM at Irving Pulp and Paper Mill; they require
*1 Journeyman Pipefitter
Starting Monday, September 14th, at 7:30am. Will be working 4x10s. The duration is unknown. This work is under an Industrial agreement. Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested and must have all safety training up-to-date and must complete all orientation and hire-on paperwork before reporting to the site.
The 5th call is for CAM at Irving Oil Refinery; they require
*1 Journeyman Instrument Tech, 1 for Days, and* 2 Apprentice Instrument Techs, 1 for Days and 1 for Nights.
Starting Sunday, September 13th, at 7:30am/7:30pm. Will be working 4x10s. The duration is unknown. This work is under Maintenance and Repair GPMA under short-term conditions. Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested and must have all safety training up-to-date and must complete all CAM orientation before arrival. IOR orientation will be done onsite. A D&A test is required.
The 6th call is for Lorneville at Irving Pulp and Paper; they require
* 1 Journeyman Pipefitter * 1 F3/F4 Welder to test on F3/F4; F6/F4
Starting Monday, Sept. 14th, at 6:00 pm. This is a night-shift call. Will be working 4x10s. Duration is 3 weeks plus. This work is under the Industrial Agreement. Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested and must have all safety training up-to-date and must complete all orientation and hire-on paperwork before arrival.
The 7th call is for Lorneville at Irving Oil Refinery; they require
*1 Apprentice Pipefitter
Starting ASAP at 7:30am. Will be working 5x10s. The duration is 3 weeks plus. This work is for outages under NMA Agreement under short-term conditions. Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested and must have all safety training up-to-date and must complete all LMC orientation before arrival. IOR orientation will be done onsite. A D&A test is required.
