Any members interested in a fiberglass course that will be taking place on Wednesday, May 7th, please contact the hall to register.
1st call for Lorneville at the Irving Pulp and Paper Mill; they require:
*2 Apprentice Pipefitters
Starting Monday, May 5th, at 7:00am. Duration is 8 weeks plus. You will be working 4x10s Monday-Thursday with the possible overtime. This work is under the Industrial Agreement. Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested. Must have all safety training up to date and maintain valid safety for the duration of their employment. Must complete online orientation and hire-on paperwork before reporting to the site.
2nd call for Cam at the Irving Oil Refinery; they require:
* 4 Journeyman Instrument Tech’s
Starting Tuesday, May 20th, at 7:30am. Duration is unknown. You will be working 4x10s, 40 hours plus. This work is under the GPMA Short-Term Agreement. Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested. Must be able to climb and work from heights. Must have all safety training up to date and maintain valid safety for the duration of their employment. Must complete online orientation before reporting to the site. IOR orientation must be completed by 2pm on Fridays. A D&A test is required.
