This is Local 213’s work information for Tuesday, Feb. 25th, 2025.
ANY LOCAL MEMBERS THAT WORKED IN 2024 WILL BE RECEIVING A NEW REVISED TAX SLIP BY MAIL.
The weld shop is open by appointment only. Please contact Jamie Profit at (506) 333-8542 to make an appointment.
There will be CWB testing at the hall on March 21st @7:30am. Please contact the hall to reserve a booth.
1st call for Lorneville at the Irving Oil Refinery; they require:
*2 Journeyman Pipefitters * 2 F3/F4 Welders to test on F3/F4, F6/F5.
Starting Monday, March 3rd, at 7:00am. Duration is 2 weeks plus. Will be working 4×10’s, with the possibility of overtime. Scope of work will be prefab for turnaround; you will be required to layout, cut, and join prefab spools. Work will be done in the on-site fab booth until turnaround starts. This work will be under the NMA Short-Term Agreement. Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested; must have all safety training up to date. Must complete online orientation and hire-on paperwork before reporting to site. A D&A test is required.
2nd call for Lorneville at the Irving Oil Refinery; they require:
*2 Journeyman Pipefitters
Starting Monday, March 3rd, at 7am. Duration is 2 weeks plus. Will be working 4×10’s, with the possibility of overtime. The scope of work will be maintenance. This work will be under the NMA Short-Term Agreement. Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested; must have all safety training up to date. Must complete online orientation and hire-on paperwork before reporting to site. A D&A test is required.
3rd call is for Cam at Irving Oil Refinery; they require:
*1 F3/F4 Welders to test on F3/F4 *1 Welding Apprentice
Starting Monday, March 3rd, at 6:00 p.m. This is a night shift call. Duration is unknown. Will be working 4×10’s, 40 hours plus. This work will be under the GPMA Short-Term Agreement. Must be able to climb and work from heights. Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested; must have all safety training up to date. Must complete online orientation and hireon paperwork before reporting to site. D&A test is required.
