There will be a 1-day bolt-up course being held at the hall. Date is to be determined. Please contact the hall to get registered.

Any members who require updated safety courses before the shutdown please contact the hall to register.

Local 213’s annual summer picnic will be held this Saturday, July 27th, from 12:00 – 4:00 p.m. at the Glen Carpenter Center, 730 Foster Thurston Drive. We are still looking for volunteers; if you are available to lend a hand, please advise the hall.

CWB testing will be held at the hall on July 23rd at 7:30 a.m. Please contact the hall to register.

1st call is for Sunny Corner at IOL , they require:

*1 Journeyman Pipefitter

Starting Wednesday, July 24th, at 7:00 a.m. The duration is 8 weeks. Will be working 5 x10’s for two weeks then 4×10;s until the outage then moving to 60 hours per week. This work is under the NMA Agreement. Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested. Must have all safety training up to date and must complete all online orientation before reporting to site. A D&A test is required.

2nd call for Sunny Corner at IOL , they require:

*2 Journeyman Pipefitters, 1 F3/F4 Welders to test on F3/F4;F6/F4.

Starting Monday, July 29th, at 7:00 a.m. The duration is 8 weeks. Will be working 10 hour days, 40 hours per week until the outage , then moving to 60 hours per week. This work is under the NMA Agreement. Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested. Must have all safety training up to date and must complete all online orientation before reporting to site. A D&A test is required.

Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested. Must have all safety training up to date and must complete all online orientations before reporting to site.

2nd call is for Sunny Corner at IOL , they require:

*3 Journeyman Pipefitters, 2 F3/F4 Welders to test on F3/F4 F6/F4 ; 1 Pipefitter Apprentice

*1 F3/F4 Welder to test on F3/F4

Starting Monday, July 22nd, at 7:00 a.m. This work is under the NMA Agreement. The duration is 2 weeks plus. Will be working 4×10’s Monday-Thursday with possible overtime. Must be clean-shaven and fit-tested. Must have all safety training up to date and must complete all online orientations before reporting to site. D&A Test is required.

2nd call is for Lorneville at the Fab Shop, they require:

*1 Journeyman Pipefitter *1 F3/F4 Welder to test on F3/F4 and Stainless Tig   *1 Pipefitter Apprentice
