The Labour Day Parade will take place on Monday, September 2nd.  We will be meeting at the corner of Charlotte and Broad Street by 11:00am.  The parade will end at Area 506 before 12:00pm.  There will be a free BBQ to follow at Rockwood Park starting at 12:30pm, between the A-Frame and and the playground.  They will have bouncy castles for the kids, so bring your family. Everyone is welcome to participate.  Please advise the hall if your available to volunteer.

Starting Tuesday, September 3rd Days, at 7:00am.  Duration is 1 month plus and they are working 4×10’s Mon-Thurs.  This work is under the Industrial Agreement.

2nd call is for Lorneville at Irving Oil Refinery (TA Scope); they require:

*8 Journeyman Pipefitters (Day shift) *7 Journeyman Pipefitters (Night shift) *3 F3/F4 Welders to test on F3/F4 & Alloy 20 for some (Day shift) *5 F3/F4 Welders to test on F3/F4 & Alloy 20 for some (Night shift) *2 Apprentice Pipefitters (Day shift) *1 Apprentice Pipefitter (Night shift) *1 Apprentice Welder (Day shift) & *1 Apprentice Welder (Night shift)

Starting Friday, September 20th 7:30am for Days and 7:30pm for Nights.  Duration is 8 days and they are working 6×10’s.  This work is under the Short Term NMA agreement.

4th call is for Sunny Corner at Irving Oil Refinery; they require:

Starting Saturday, September 14th Days, at 7:00am.  Duration is approximately 4 weeks and they are working 4×10’s until outage, moving to 60hrs per week.  This work is under the NMA. A D&A test is required.

5th call is for Sunny Corner at Irving Oil Refinery; they require:

*1 Journeyman Pipefitter

3rd call is for Cam at Irving Oil Refinery; they require:

* 9 Instrument Tech Journeyman
