1st call for Lorneville at Lorneville Fab Shop, they require:

*1 Journeyman Pipefitter and 1 F3/F4 Welder to test on F3/F4 & Stainless Tig.

Starting Wednesday, June 26th at 7:30am.  Duration 4 weeks will be working 5×8’s 7:30am -4:00pm with possible overtime.  This work is under the Fab Shop Agreement.  Must have all safety training up to date, be able to climb and work at heights, must be clean shaven and provide a valid fit test.  Must have all orientation and hire on documents completed before reporting to site.

2nd call is for Lorneville at the Irving Pulp and Paper Mill West they require:

*1 F3/F4 Welder to test on Stainless and Carbon.

Starting Tuesday, July 2nd at 7:00am.  Duration 2 months plus. Will be working 4×10’s Mon-Thurs. This work is under the Industrial Agreement. Must have all safety training up to date, be able to climb and work at heights, must be clean shaven and provide a valid fit test.  Must have all orientation and hire on documents completed before reporting to site.

This is Local 213’s Work Information for Friday, June 21st.

It is with deep sadness we announce local member Stephen Ryan passed away Tuesday, June 18th.  He is resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road with visitation being held on Sunday, June 23rd from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00pm.  A memorial service will take place in the Fundy chapel on Monday, June 24th at 10:00am, followed by an interment at St. Joseph’s Cemetery.

*1 F3/F4 Welder to test on Carbon Tig Stick 9018 and Stainless Tig Stick 316

Starting Tuesday, July 2nd at 8:00am.  Duration is 8-10 weeks and they are working 5×8’s with overtime as required.  This work is under the National Maintenance Agreement.  Must have all safety training up to date, be able to climb and work at heights, lots of rigging, must be clean shaven and a valid fit test is required.  Must have all orientation and hire on documents completed before reporting to site.
